Foreste Jean Feely

Foreste was born in the redwoods of the Santa Cruz mountains, their fashion journey began with imagination and a bag of dress up clothes. They have always worn things a little different than everyone else. Dressing up at all times was what made them feel powerful.

Inspired by the 1920’s, a magical underground of sequins, velvet and debauchery, they studied the art of pattern making and fabricating at FIDM, graduating in 2006 with honors. They then started a career in the development of up and coming brands such as Henry Duarte and WILDFOX couture. After 10 years in the industry they shifted course towards their original love of film and styled their first commercial in 2016. They found their new passion with great feedback from directors, client, agency and talent.

Foreste now works as a union costume designer under local 892 on commercials, Television and Film.
